Welcome to ApplyOn Gold Membership. By joining, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below. Please read them carefully before accepting.

1. About ApplyOn

ApplyOn Pty Ltd (ABN 786-432-01601) is an Australian EdTech company providing student support, advisory services, and membership benefits. All services comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Membership Overview

Gold Membership is a one-time paid membership.
Benefits include credits, discounts, advisory services, and support rewards for Applyon engaged service & education providers .
Benefits do not guarantee admission, enrollment, scholarships, or visa outcomes.
Membership benefits are not funded by any government body.

3. Membership Fee, Refund & Validity

Fee: AUD $200 (one-time).
Fully Refundable in case of any dispute – no question asked.
Non refundable if a $200 voucher is already used by a member.
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment if not activated if activated it is valid for 60 months.
You are eligible only if ApplyOn processes your enrollment with a provider engaged by ApplyOn.

4. Gold Membership Benefits

All benefits are subject to individual eligibility rules, provider conditions, and annual limits.

4.1 $200 Tuition Fee Credit : Engaged providers $200 tuition fee payments

4.2 Additional Education Support Credit

Available after 11 months of regular study with same provider :

Up to 1 month of estimated study expenses OR $1,200, whichever is lower on completion of 11 months of study .
Must be used while the member is enrolled in Australia.

4.3 Second-Year Support Credit

Available after 18 months of regular study with same provider:

3 months travel cost + 1 month study expenses OR $600, whichever is lower.

4.4 Extended Second-Year Support Credit

Available after 24 months of regular study with same provider:

3 months travel cost + 1 month study expenses OR $600, whichever is lower

4.5 ApplyOn Study Rewards

Up to $2,000 for higher-education students who excel academically or show exceptional skill.
Annual reward pool: $20,000 with a maximum of 10 students per year.
Available only after course completion.
To claim you have to enter the study rewards programme after 1st year of study.

4.6 ApplyOn Visa Rewards

ApplyOn contributes up to $500 towards migration agent service fees, where:

The service fee is more than $1,000, or
Up to 50% of the fee, whichever is less.

Only available for migration visa filing, parent/spouse visas & tribunal lodgement.

4.7 OSHC Contribution: 11 + 1 Plan

ApplyOn contributes one month equivalent OSHC cost for eligible students enrolled in NIB through ApplyOn you pay for 11 months and we pay for 12th month.

5. How Benefits Work

Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Credits and discounts are non-transferable.
All amounts are based on estimated average market costs and may vary.
Provider rules, institution rules, and migration regulations apply.
ApplyOn may update or change benefits to comply with law or improve service.

6. Member Responsibilities

By joining, the Member agrees to:

Provide accurate and truthful information.
Follow ApplyOn instructions for benefit use.
Attend scheduled sessions on time.
Disclose any prior agreements with other agencies or providers.
Use all benefits ethically and only for their own use.

7. Limitations & Disclaimers

ApplyOn provides professional /general guidance only.
No immigration, PR, employment, or admission outcome is guaranteed.
Insights provided to Gold Members do not affect visa or admission decisions.
ApplyOn is not liable for decisions made by institutions, government departments, or third-party providers.
ApplyOn is not responsible for indirect or financial losses to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.

8. Termination

ApplyOn may terminate Membership immediately if:

False or misleading information is provided,
Misuse or unethical use of benefits occurs,
Any Terms & Conditions are breached.

Termination does not provide refund rights.

9. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, matters may be escalated to relevant authorities in Victoria.
Governing Law: Victoria, Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

ApplyOn may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms apply immediately and will be published on applyon.com.au.
Continued use of benefits constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Acceptance

By clicking “I Accept”, paying the membership fee, or using any Gold Membership benefit, the Member confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.
